Registration requiring prior ANRT examination
For reserved terms or .ac.ma, .gov.ma and .press.ma applications. Identify the applicant, representative and domains. Education and press applications require evidence of the relevant authorisation. The applicant and registrar have signature and stamp fields.

For a registrar requesting domains for itself. Its legal representative lists the domains and supporting reasons, then signs and stamps the request. This is a registrar procedure, rather than the standard form for a customer registering their own domain.

For changing the registered holder. Identify the current and new holders and the domains; both have signature and stamp fields. Changing registrars, hosting or DNS is a separate operation.
