DNS propagation checker.

Compare DNS records and TTLs from Google, Cloudflare and Quad9. Investigate differences after changing a domain’s DNS settings.

How to interpret different answers

After a DNS change, recursive resolvers can retain the earlier answer until its TTL expires. Compare the record values and response codes; TTL differences alone do not mean propagation has failed. An NXDOMAIN response means that resolver did not find the requested name, whereas an empty successful answer may mean this record type is not published.

A comparison, not a worldwide guarantee

The checks reach three public resolver services from our server. They do not test every country or user connection. Geographic routing, filtering and load balancing can legitimately produce different answers. Compare against your expected configuration and authoritative nameservers, then check the site and email separately. A timeout is not proof of an outage.
