These terms concern access to Whois Lookup and its information tools, operated by CAP CONNECT SARL. They do not replace the separate conditions governing domain registration, hosting, accounts or purchases on the Capconnect client portal.
What the website provides
The website offers domain availability information, WHOIS/RDAP, DNS, reverse-IP and approximate hosting-location results, network checks and explanatory guides. Results are obtained on demand from public records, local datasets or external providers. Features may have limits or become temporarily unavailable.
Responsible use
Use the tools for lawful purposes. For active network checks, test only systems you own or are authorised to test. Do not use the website to harass people, harvest personal information for abuse, evade limits, overload systems or interfere with the service. Do not enter credentials or confidential information. Excessive or abusive requests may be restricted.
Availability and registration
A missing DNS record, missing personal details or a failed lookup does not establish that a domain is free. A no-record result is subject to registry rules, reserved names, third-party rights and registrar confirmation. Looking up a name neither reserves it nor grants rights over it. .ma registration and management follow the applicable ANRT rules.
Technical results and guides
Results can change, be incomplete or differ between networks. IP location estimates infrastructure, not a holder’s address. Reverse-IP indexes are partial; a failed probe does not establish a global outage. Guides are informational summaries, not personalised legal advice. Official texts and the provider’s confirmed account records take precedence where applicable.
Prices and orders
Published prices are dated catalogue information. Confirm taxes, term, eligibility and the final total at checkout. Registration and transfer buttons lead to Capconnect; an order, payment or account creation occurs there, not merely by running a lookup here. The commercial conditions presented for that order apply to the purchase.
