.surf domain: uses, conditions and price

What is .surf used for?

.surf is listed as generic in the root directory. The label alone does not establish its audience, public availability or eligibility.

Before choosing .surf, test the whole address with someone outside your team. Ask them to type it after hearing it once, and compare it with alternative extensions available in the directory. Check whether the name fits your project if the products, geography or organisation change. An extension label is not evidence of accreditation or a guarantee of search ranking.

Registration conditions

Extension-specific eligibility has not yet been independently verified here. Ask the registrar to confirm public registration, any local-presence or professional requirement, supporting documents and reserved or premium names before paying.

Verify the exact spelling, who will hold the registration, and which contact receives renewal and transfer notices. Do not use a contact address that becomes inaccessible if the new domain fails. Registration is separate from hosting, email and any licence required for your activity.

Understand the price before ordering

The locally stored Capconnect catalogue lists 345 MAD for registration, 345 MAD for renewal and 345 MAD for transfer.

Confirm the billing period, taxes, premium-name charges and any services included at checkout. Compare the renewal cost as well as the first registration price. A catalogue entry is a quote reference, not a real-time guarantee of availability or acceptance.

Check the name, then connect your services

Search the complete name below. A registered result means the public registration record exists; a failed lookup does not mean the name is free. After registration, save the confirmation and renewal date, configure nameservers, then test the website over HTTPS and email in both directions.
